1 to 2, uniting operations into one bank that will use both banners until 2026 and consolidate under the Pinnacle name in early 2027 (the deal positions the firm as one of the largest regional banks).
Synovus Bank completed its merger, a change that may lead to improved services for customers in Columbus.
Bank officials said the move is expected to expand operations and enhance local support.
