- ➤ Local gas stations report that prices have increased today as global oil costs rise after bombs dropped in the Middle East, meaning drivers will pay more at the pump. WSB-TV
- ➤ From Friday, Feb. 28 to Monday, March 2, gas prices across Georgia rose by about 1.6 cents as experts linked the increase to global tensions from the Iran conflict (with Alabama seeing a 0.8 cent rise). WTVM
EDUCATION NEWS
- ➤ Muscogee County School District opened online registration for current and new students for the upcoming school year and will keep it open until classes begin. Parents can visit the district’s website or parent portal to update records and submit required documents, as announced Monday. WTVM
