- ➤ Columbus police released a critical missing person report for 74-year-old Jacob Plumberg, who was last seen at 8:30 a.m. Monday near the 100 block of 15th Street in Columbus wearing khaki shorts — he is 5’11” tall, has blue eyes and gray and white hair, weighs about 170 pounds, and callers are urged to call 911 if they have information. - ➤ Columbus police are asking for public help to locate a missing 74-year-old man—authorities say he has not been seen and are urging anyone with information to call in. WTVM
- ➤ On what would have been her daughter’s first day of senior year, Tinisha Hood said she is planning a funeral after her 17-year-old daughter, who was pregnant with her son and declared brain dead following a shooting on July 27 in Columbus, died. WTVM

- ➤ Crews began a full runway reconstruction project at Columbus Airport after final flights ended Monday — halting all commercial, military and large aviation operations.
