  • Governor Brian Kemp said Friday that Georgia had 174 million visitors last year, which brought in over $82 billion, kept nearly 500,000 jobs, and saved households more than $1,200 in taxes—tourism has grown due to the state's scenic views and fun attractions, and lawmakers are set to look at fixing a hotel shortage.  WTVM
