  • Makelia Laree explained the inspiration behind her upcoming gospel play (Grief Grudges and Guilt) which will be performed at a Columbus theater soon.  WTVM

EDUCATION NEWS

  • Columbus State University said on Tuesday it will use CSU Foundation funds to cover about $31,000 in tuition fees for military students if the government shutdown lasts until early December. The university noted that the support will help roughly 25 students using the Military Tuition Assistance Program stay enrolled—keeping their studies on track.  News 3

  • A new law went into effect today that benefits local pharmacies in Columbus—designed to improve operations and support patient care. Local pharmacies are preparing to adjust to the updated guidelines as they begin to implement the new rules.  WTVM
