- ➤ Sam’s Club in Columbus is set to extend its Sunday hours beginning Oct. 12 due to overwhelming feedback — most clubs will open at 8 a.m. for Plus members and at 9 a.m. for general shoppers, while curbside pickup, café and fuel services will operate longer and holiday hours have been adjusted. - ➤ Vallarta Mexican restaurant said that magnolia trees have blocked its sign for 17 years and will cause more problems in fall as falling leaves may further damage it—making it hard for customers to see the business. Members of Vallarta will meet with Columbus City Council on October 14 to seek a change in the ordinance. News 3
