- ➤ Colony Bankcorp announced the completion of its merger with TC Bancshares, making the deal effective December 1. TC Federal Bank customers continued to use their current services until the planned Colony Bank branding change in early next year — and TC Bancshares shareholders received cash or stock per the merger agreement. - ➤ On December 1, CVCC named Annette Funderburk as Interim President following President Jackie Screws’ retirement after eight years at the college and 38 years with the system. Funderburk, previously President of J.F. Ingram State Technical College, brings deep experience in career and technical education — she is set to guide the college through this leadership transition.
