Today, Uptown Columbus hosts its 14th annual Spring Food Truck Festival where food trucks gather to serve meals to local residents.

Girl Scouts of Historic Georgia has chosen Patricia Eldridge, Brittany Haines, Brooke Peak and Dr. Stuart Rayfield as the 2025 Columbus Women of Distinction.

They will be honored at a dinner on May 8 at the Columbus State University Cunningham Center to raise funds for Girl Scouts programs.
